The real estate industry is constantly evolving and today has largely moved online. It is online that interested parties can browse listings and, based on photos, decide whether they want to see the property in person. Competition in the market is high, so it is very important to encourage potential customers to use the services of a specific company. Filar Nieruchomości needed a website that would be easy to use and at the same time interesting to customers.

That’s why we created a website for them that is full of photos and also includes a convenient search engine for listings. Potential clients can easily find the properties they are interested in, and then contact a company representative through a form located on the homepage.

What have we managed to do?

We focused on ensuring that the website meets the needs of individuals interested in purchasing real estate. Upon entering the homepage, a contact form immediately appears, and after filling it out, a company representative calls the interested party. Below that, there is a property search engine. The listings are sorted from newest to oldest, but for the convenience of users, they can refine their search by selecting the type of property, type of transaction, and price.

The listings are presented as attention-grabbing tiles with photos. By clicking the “Details” button, the viewer is taken to a subpage dedicated to a specific property, where they can view more photos and detailed information.

At the very top of the page, we placed a menu with tabs such as “Sales,” “Rentals,” “Services,” “About Us,” and “Careers.” The client wanted users of the website to be able to easily and quickly find the listings they are interested in. That is why the “Sales” and “Rentals” tabs additionally feature filters for location, market, and property size. Therefore, the search engine is more detailed than the one on the homepage.

Comprehensive Graphic Work

Brand consistency is very important, which is why we focused heavily on graphic work for this project. The entire design was maintained in a minimalist style with dominant colors such as white and green. We incorporated geometric shapes not only in the website’s graphic design but also in the logo, business cards, folders, and flyers.

This way, the company can ensure consistency in its messaging while appearing professional in the eyes of potential clients. This is very important, as many people choose an advisor based on these criteria.

What did Company gain?

First and foremost, the new website is an excellent place to showcase the company’s offerings. For the administrator, the process of adding a new listing is very simple and takes little time. The ability to publish a large number of photos of a given property generates even greater interest among viewers. Importantly, the site can be updated continuously, adding new content or photographs.
